  • What is the COST OF TICKETS for Fully Charged LIVE?

    Standard tickets are available to purchase for a single day and two-days. All prices exclude GST.

    Concessions are available for SENIOR CITIZENS & STUDENTS with relevant proof of identity. Entry is free for CHILDREN aged 15 years and under, as well as for CARERS of disabled visitors. For individuals that support Robert Llewellyn’s Fully Charged Show via YouTube membership or PATREONS crowdfunding site, the first two tickets are only $35.00 per person (per day, weekend tickets are $45.00). E-tickets on smartphones are sufficient to access the show.

  • What do you do with the profits generated from Fully Charged LIVE?

    Profits generated from your ticket purchase/s will directly fund more Fully Charged episodes, podcasts etc. So, thank you!

  • COVID-19 Guidelines

    In the interests of public health and safety, the Event Organiser reserves the right to update or impose health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and by any means available to it (such as on the website or at the event itself) and which will apply in connection with admittance to and behaviour at the Event as the Event Organiser considers appropriate, taking into account any circumstances which exist at the time or in response to any guidance from the Government, NSW Health, or any other governmental or judicial authority.

    Event Organisers may operate an appropriate health check system (such as a temperature check) and social distancing rules before entry is permitted. Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted in the event that the ticket holder fails to pass the Organisers health check or fails to comply with stipulated conduct and behaviour at the event.

    Where organisers identify persons, who are not acting to comply with the relevant public health legislation, and guidance to control public health risks, action will be taken to remove any risks to other attendees and staff at the venue.

    By entering the Venue, Attendees acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 and the Event and Venue do not guarantee that it is or will remain a COVID-19 free area. The Attendee assumes all risk for any loss or damage caused in this regard while in or around the Venue.

    Attendees experiencing symptoms associated with the coronavirus, or who have recently been in contact with a person experiencing symptoms, are asked not to attend the Event.

  • What are the OPENING TIMES at Fully Charged LIVE?

    The show is open from 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  • What VISITOR ATTRACTIONS can I expect at Fully Charged LIVE?

    In short, you can expect an electrifying day out! Information on our visitor attractions, including the live sessions, exhibitors and sponsors will be published on the event website prior to the event.

  • How many LIVE SESSIONS are there and what will they cover?

    There will be >30 live sessions across two theatres during the two-day event. Please note that the content will NOT be the same on each day, so please bear that in mind when you are considering which day to attend. Live sessions will be hosted by Robert Llewellyn & Fully Charged presenters and will cover a number of relevant topics. More information will be provided pre-event; there is no booking system for these sessions, so seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Will there be TEST DRIVES at Fully Charged LIVE?

    Yes! Test drives will be on a first come, first served basis and will need to be booked directly with the manufacturers at the event. As such we recommend you book these early on the day/s you are attending to avoid disappointment.

    You will need a valid driver’s licence and meet the manufacturer’s age requirements to participate in the test drives.

  • What do I need to bring for an electric motorbike test drive?

    Test rides will be booked directly with manufacturers at the event. There will be limited availability so we recommend you book these early on the day/s you are attending to avoid disappointment.

  • Is there ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING at Fully Charged LIVE?

    There will not be charging facilities at the event for attendees. Please note the charging bays in Car Park 1 at the ICC will not be available during the event as they will be in use for the Test Drives.

  • Where is the venue?

    In the heart of Sydney, ICC Sydney is located in the active precinct of Darling Harbour on Cockle Bay, with a prime waterfront location.

  • How can I TRAVEL TO THE EVENT?

    Getting Here

    Please check the Transport NSW travel alerts for details of any changes to transport services to ICC Sydney.

    Ferry

    Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry with direct services from Circular Quay, King Street Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf. View Ferry services to plan your trip.

    Airport

    Darling Harbour is only 8km from Sydney Airport.

    Sydney Light Rail

    The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.

    Water Taxi

    A Water Taxi is another option for getting to and from Darling Harbour. Water Taxi’s depart from The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House and Luna Park.

    Train

    A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

    Bus

    ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

    Taxi and Uber

    The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of Aware Super Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

    Walking

    Sydney is host to beautiful recreational and coast walks. Routes to ICC Sydney include from Central Station via The Goods Line. More information.

    Cycling

    Bike racks are available in Exhibition Car Park 1 including male and female shower and change room facilities. Personal locks are required. Find your Sydney cycling route here.

  • What are the CAR PARKING ARRANGEMENTS at Fully Charged LIVE?

    ICC Sydney operates two 24-hour car parking stations with over 800 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces and 50 bicycle racks. Vehicle entry height is 2.2m.

    The two car park facilities are located within the Exhibition Centre (Car Park 1) and Aware Super Theatre (Car Park 2).

  • Where SHOULD I GO when I get to the Venue?

    Fully Charged LIVE will be taking place in the Exhibition Center on Floor 4, Hall 5, 6 & 7.

    Once you get to the ICC, please follow the venue signage.

  • What ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS are there near the venue?

    There are over 43 hotels, from budget to luxury, within a ten-minute walk of ICC Sydney, including a luxury headquarters (circa) 600 room hotel adjacent to ICC Sydney. View a full list of accommodation in and around the Darling Harbour precinct.

  • What FOOD & DRINK is available at Fully Charged LIVE?

    A variety of food and beverage options are available at the ICC Sydney to cater for all dietary requirements. Additionally, there is a plethora of cafes, restaurants and dining options in the surrounding Darling Harbour and Tumbalong Park areas.

    ICC Sydney is at the heart of its very own Sydney harbour waterfront precinct, set amongst restaurants, retail and a vibrant public domain on Darling Harbour yet only a moment’s walk to Australia’s largest CBD, Barangaroo, local universities, Sydney Harbour Bridge and The Sydney Opera House.

    Situated along Darling Drive, the world class venue allows visitors to get a taste of local cuisine with various dynamic food and drink precincts only a short walk away including, Darling Quarter and Darling Square.

  • What FACILITIES and ACCESIBLE provisions are there at ICC Sydney?

    Accessibility

    The venue provides step-free access to every entertainment, exhibition and conference venue, wheelchair seating with adjacent carer seat in all theatre venues, lowered counters at key retail/service points and wheelchair and ambulant accessible restroom.

    From Car Park 1 (P1), lift access is available to the Exhibition Centre Level 2 and is step free – follow signs for directions. Externally, access is available via lifts and escalators at both south and north ends.

    The south entrance is located near Aware Super Theatre and the north entrance is located close to Convention Centre on Tumbalong Boulevard, towards Cockle Bay and Sofitel Hotel.

    Wheelchair Access

    Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.
    A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from any customer service desk.

    • Exhibition Centre Customer Service desk is located on Level 2 next to Hall 4
    • Aware Super Theatre Customer Service desk is located on Level 2 opposite door 2

    Mobility Scooters for hire

    ICC customer service team members are happy to arrange the hire of wheelchairs complimentary, however, we do encourage that the hirer bring a friend or companion to the event, as it is the responsibility of the hirer to manage the movement of the wheelchair during the event, and return the wheelchair once the event has concluded. A form of photo identification is required for hire.

    Please note: Carers will be able to access the event FREE OF CHARGE.

    ACCESSIBLE TOILETS RH & LH

    Wheelchair and ambulant accessible restroom facilities are available for patrons throughout the venue. ICC Sydney has both left and right-hand railing ambulant bathrooms. Please visit any customer service desk, or ask the ICC team members if you require directions.

    CHANGING PLACES, TOILET & UNISEX ACCESSIBLE TOILET RH

    ICC Sydney also has a Changing Places facility located on Level 2 of the Exhibition Centre and provides:

    • a height-adjustable adult-sized change table
    • a constant-charging ceiling track hoist system
    • a centrally-located peninsula toilet
    • circulation spaces as defined in the design specifications
    • an automatic door with a clear opening of 950 mm.

     

    PARENTING ROOMS

    ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations

    • Convention Centre Ground Level – Located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
    • Convention Centre Level 2 – located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre and foyer
    • Exhibition Centre Level 2 – located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry point
    • Aware Super Theatre Level 2 – located directly to the right of Door 4 entry point.

     

    FIRST AID

    ICC Sydney has First Aid rooms located in all buildings:

    • Convention Centre Ground Level – located in the corridor next to the Cafe.
    • Exhibition Centre Level 2 – located to the left of the Customer Service Desk and Exhibition Hall 4.
    • Aware Super Theatre – located at both Ground Floor near General Admission and Level 2 next to Door 1.

     

    VISION IMPAIRMENT

    Braille is provided on room door signage and fixed directional signage throughout the venue, including:

    • any door exiting the building e.g., Ground Floor Exit
    • bathroom doors, both entry and cubicle
    • all Hearing Augmentation signs, located beside most meeting room entry points or at the Customer Service desks
    • all Parent Rooms
    • exit signs beside the Fire Escape doors, together with a Refuge Point sign alongside each
    • all buttons inside lifts and most external buttons.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    • The event will go ahead rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the event safety officer. Appropriate clothing for outdoor elements of the event is recommended.
  • Do you require VOLUNTEERS to support the show?

    We receive numerous requests from volunteer’s keen to support the show. We are very grateful, but there is a team of event professionals allocated against all of the organisational aspects of Fully Charged LIVE.

  • Are SERVICE ANIMALS / GUIDE DOGS welcome to attend?

    Accredited service animals are welcome inside the venue. We ask that the service animal is displaying their identification badge or medallion at all times.

    If the service animal needs to be taken outside of the venue to relieve itself, notify one of the ICC’s friendly customer service team members who will direct you to the nearest outdoor area.

    Outdoor areas include any grassed area, except children’s playgrounds, including Tumbalong Park and the ICC Sydney Forecourt in between Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre and across from ICC Sydney Administration Office.
